PBS NewsHour: ReBrand
Broadcast Package 2018. I was tasked to bring the NewsHour’s look into the current design trends while keeping the brand’s main values through the iconic music, colors and the clean look.
The package included. Short and long opening animations. Headline transitions and graphics, lower-thirds, credits and many in-show templates for displaying tweets, websites, quotes, and news headlines while staying within brand guidelines.
The Rebrand also included designs for marketing and promotional materials like mailers, newsletters, business cards, press badges and generic and topical 30 sec promos for national distribution across PBS stations.
